Prior to your initial consult, we ask that you complete and email all intake forms for your initial appointment. If you had any labs or testing done you can send that to us as well for a full review. We ask that these tests have been completed within the past three months to be effective markers in the body.
The forms will be emailed to you for completion through our business portal. Sometimes there may be specific instructions regarding preparing for your physical assessments, such as timing of food intake and beverages; if there are specific instructions required, these will be sent to you ahead of your consult.
It is our pleasure to teach you about your body and what the different signs and symptoms indicate for your overall healing journey. During the consult process, information from your intake form will be discussed, as well as any labs and other pertinent medical information you may have provided.
During the initial consult, other assessments will be completed, which may include saliva and urine, salts, sugars, measurements regarding the body’s detoxification abilities, iridology assessment, tongue exam, and skin and nail analysis. Upon completion of the assessments and deep dive consult with the client, we will prepare a complete nutritional supplement sheet, therapeutic treatment list, and exercise and lifestyle recommendations designed specifically from your detailed intake forms and physical assessment findings. Any natural supplements, homeopathy or botanical medicinal tinctures required for the client’s recommended plan/protocol will be available through FullScript, Peachtree Naturopathic’s online dispensary.
