Which plan should I choose?
The Hormone Plan looks closely at your hormones. The Hormone & Gut Plan adds a gut barrier test, so Lindsay can see how your gut and hormones fit together. If you’re not sure, start with Lindsay’s free hormone guide.
Will I talk to Lindsay?
This program is fully written, so there are no calls or appointments. Lindsay reads your intake and results personally and sends you a detailed written explanation and plan.
How long does it take?
Usually 2–6 weeks from checkout to your written plan. Timing depends on shipping, when you complete your tests, and (for the hormone test) where you are in your cycle.
How do I get my test kits?
Once you enroll, Lindsay orders your kits through our online dispensary, and they ship straight to your door with clear instructions. Your results come back to Lindsay to read.
How do I get supplements?
If Lindsay recommends supplements, you’ll get an invitation to our online dispensary with her recommendations ready for you. You order when you’re ready, and they ship to your home. Supplements are always optional.
Do I have to buy my supplements through you?
No, the choice is always yours. Most clients use our online dispensary because:
- You get exactly what Lindsay recommends: the specific brand, form and dose she chose for you, not a lookalike.
- It’s the real thing: products come straight from the dispensary, not third-party sellers, where counterfeit and poorly stored supplements are a known problem.
- Lindsay can see what you’re taking, so she can adjust your plan as you go.

Are there other costs?
Your package price covers the testing included in it, plus Lindsay’s written explanation and plan. If Lindsay recommends additional testing, it’s billed separately and you decide whether to do it. Supplements are always optional.
What’s your refund policy?

What if my results come back “normal”?
You’ll still get a plan. Lindsay reads your results together with your symptoms and your story, looking at patterns and how things relate to each other, not just whether each number falls inside a range. And if everything does look good, that’s great news. Your plan focuses on what to keep doing, so you stay feeling your best.
Will this work alongside my doctor’s care?
Yes. This program is meant to complement your medical care, not replace it. Keep seeing your primary care provider, and please don’t stop or change any prescription medication without talking to them first. Many women find it helpful to share their written plan with their doctor.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your health information is kept in a secure client portal built for health practices, and it’s only used to support your care. We never sell or share it.
What happens after I get my plan?
You’re free to take your plan and run with it. If you’d like ongoing support, Lindsay may invite you to her monthly maintenance program, so you’re never left to figure things out alone.
Does insurance cover this?
